Using this website

By using muralee.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is a showcase of our work and a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services on particular terms.

You agree not to misuse the site, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with how it works or copying its content by automated means.

Copyright and ownership

The films, images, text, design, code and logos on this site are owned by Muralee Ltd or used with the permission of our clients, collaborators and the artists featured. All rights are reserved.

You are welcome to view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, re-edit, republish or use any film, still or other content from it, in whole or in part, without written permission from us and, where relevant, from the client or artist concerned.

Client names, brands and trade marks shown belong to their owners. Showing a piece of work here does not imply an ongoing relationship or an endorsement.

Commissioned work

These terms cover the website only. Any production, post production or other work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement with the client.

The site links to and embeds content from other services, including YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram and Spotify. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or how they operate.

Accuracy and liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but provide it as it is, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free from errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
