This policy explains what personal information Muralee Ltd collects through muralee.co, why we collect it and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Muralee Ltd ("MURALEE", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16835717. Registered office: 108 Boundary Road, Plaistow, London, E13 9QG. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect and why
- Project enquiries. When you use "Start a project" we collect your name, email address, company or brand, the type of project, your budget and timing, a short description and any link you choose to share. We use this to reply to you, prepare for a call and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project.
- Emails and calls. If you email us or book a call, we keep the correspondence and the details you give us for the same purposes.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site secure and running.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, we do not build profiles of visitors and we never sell personal information.
Our legal bases
- Steps before a contract and performing a contract, when you ask us about a project or we work together.
- Legitimate interests, to answer enquiries, run and secure the website and keep business records.
- Legal obligation, for tax and accounting records.
Cookies and third party services

- YouTube and Vimeo play our films. YouTube is embedded in its privacy enhanced mode. When you press play, the video provider may set cookies or store information on your device.
- Open-Meteo supplies the London temperature shown in the header.
- Our scheduling provider, if you choose to book a call after sending an enquiry.
Links to Instagram and Spotify take you to those services, where their own policies apply.
Where your information goes
Some of these providers are based outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where information is transferred abroad we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on contractual safeguards approved for international transfers.
We share personal information only with the providers above, with professional advisers such as accountants, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and project records: for the length of the relationship and six years after, in line with tax and accounting rules.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or transfer it to you or someone else. You can also object to our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@muralee.co. We will reply within one month.
